For the second year in a row, Indooroopilly Shopping Centre have partnered with Prendi to create the ultimate interactive Christmas experience.
Customers entering the Christmas interaction zone are greeted by various Christmas characters, such as Santa, a reindeer and a snowman.
Sensors in the setting track each individuals body movements, allowing interaction with the on-screen characters. Whilst on the set, users can create their own custom Christmas cards to share with friends and family. The sensors detect the position of the user’s body, allowing them to control the experience by selecting from three designs.
Once a user has made their selection, they can take a photo and after a brief countdown they are able to view their personal card. Users can then enter a code or scan with screen with a QR code reader to view their card online. Alternatively they can choose to upload it to the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre Facebook Page, where users can like and share it on their social networks.
Indooroopilly Shopping Centre have had a fantastic response to this installation, with over 70,000 interactions in the first 4 weeks.
